MEET LISA

“
Strong women don't fade.
They evolve.
“
I started as a group fitness instructor with a love for movement and people. That passion took me around the world — and eventually led me to the most important work of my life: helping women discover their own strength.
MY
JOURNEY
Personal trainer · Strength specialist · Women's health

Through it all, I became a mother three times over. My three beautiful children are the living proof that persistence, knowledge, and listening to your body can change everything. That journey is part of every session I deliver.

My Mission
To empower every woman who walks through my door — or tunes in from wherever she is — to discover her own energy, her own resilience, and her own strength.
Whether you have 10 minutes or 40, whether you're managing an injury, navigating menopause, or simply wanting to feel more alive in your body — I build programmes tailored to you. No cookie-cutter sessions. No one-size-fits-all fitness. Just real, evidence-based training that fits your life.

Positively relentless
My coaching philosophy is built on energy, not fear. You leave sessions feeling more, not less.
Tailored to you
Injury, life stage, goals — nothing gets ignored. Your programme starts with who you actually are.

WHY STRENGTH TRAINING
+19%
Improvement in hip strength and lower body function after a resistance programme during the menopause transition
University of Exeter, Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise, 2025
Bone density
High-intensity resistance training consistently shown to increase bone mineral density in post-menopausal women, reducing fracture risk
NCBI Systematic Review, 2023
Muscle mass
Women lose 3–8% of muscle per decade after 30 — and the rate accelerates around menopause. Strength training directly counters this decline
ACSM Research & multiple meta-analyses
Mood & metabolism
Strength training improves insulin sensitivity, cardiovascular health, brain health, and reduces anxiety — all heightened concerns during menopause
Princeton Sports Medicine; Carrot Health Review, 2026
